Contracts

FEA’s Washington, D.C. office coordinates bargaining of  the negotiated agreement for the Overseas bargaining unit, which covers members who work within DoDEA Europe (outside of the Med) and DoDEA Pacific. FEA’s Stateside Region negotiates the agreements for the certified and classified units in DoDEA’s Stateside schools.

FEA continually works to secure and protect the best possible working and learning conditions for its members and their students in the form of negotiated agreements.
