If you are ready to join FEA, follow these simple steps:

2. Print out the form and complete the information (be sure to use the codes on page 2 of the PDF file).
3. Turn it in to your FRS or Local President. If you have questions, speak with your FRS/Local President or contact us.

Please Note: New members to FEA can expedite the process of getting their Membership ID Number, which is needed to use the Members-Only features of FEAONLINE.
