A little humor to end the update: You Know You Are Getting Older When…
*the candles cost more than the cake
*you get the same sensation from a rocking chair you used to get from a roller coaster
*your back goes out more than you do
*you sink your teeth into a steak and they stay there
*the gleam in your eye is the sun hitting your bifocals
*work is a lot less fun and fun is a lot more work.
(from the book Man Walks into a Bar, by Stephen Arnott and Mike Haskins)

"When that time comes, only two things matter: being prepared to seize the moment and having the courage to take your best swing." Hank Aaron, American baseball player.

Have a great weekend!
