If that should ever happen to you, you can rest assured that FEA is there to make sure you are protected under the law.

As an FEA member, you can rely on our legal services team to assist you with any work-related charge or action. You can even seek help for non-work-related legal actions through FEA's Legal Defense Fund.

Furthermore, FEA works closely with DoDEA headquarters to negotiate contracts and agreements governing your working conditions. We also provide updates to our members on specific legal issues whenever necessary.
